Her work appears in twenty Sunset Books on various subjects, two Lowe's Complete Home Decorating books,and magazines such as Inspired House, Decorating and Remodeling, American Homestyle, Horticulture, and Hudson Valley.

She was commissioned for The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) and The Culinary Institute at Greystone (St. Helena, CA), among other educational institutions.

Beverley also illustrated the "Water Saver's Guide to Landscape and Gardening" published by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.
